🍕✨ Grown-Up Garlic Butter Pizza Rolls

A gourmet, grown-up twist on classic pizza rolls — crisped in the air fryer, tossed in warm garlic butter, and coated in fine grated Parmesan. Perfect for parties, sleepovers, appetizers, or your NYE Pizza & Champs night.

Ingredients

Pizza Rolls

  • 1 bag frozen pizza rolls (any brand)

Garlic Butter Toss

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Finishing

  • ¼–⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (fine, powder-style)
  • Extra parsley or basil, for garnish
  • Optional: hot honey drizzle

Optional Dipping Sauces

  • Warm marinara
  • Garlic aioli
  • Basil pesto ranch
  • Spicy vodka sauce

Instructions

  1. Air fry the pizza rolls:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Cook pizza rolls for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
  2. Make the garlic butter:
In a small skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-low heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.
Stir in parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss to coat:
Add the hot pizza rolls directly into the skillet and toss until fully coated in the garlic butter.
(Or pour the garlic butter into a large bowl and toss the pizza rolls in it.)
  4. Add the grated Parmesan:
While still hot, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the buttery pizza rolls. Toss so the fine cheese melts slightly and clings to each piece.
  5. Serve:
Transfer to a platter. Garnish with extra herbs and a drizzle of hot honey if desired.
Serve warm with marinara, garlic aioli, pesto ranch, or vodka sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a luxe twist, add a small splash of lemon juice or white truffle oil to the garlic butter.
  • Great for game nights, sleepovers, parties, and adult snack boards.
