Air fry the pizza rolls:
Preheat air fryer to 380Β°F. Cook pizza rolls for 6β8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
Make the garlic butter:
In a small skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-low heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30β45 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.
Stir in parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Toss to coat:
Add the hot pizza rolls directly into the skillet and toss until fully coated in the garlic butter.
(Or pour the garlic butter into a large bowl and toss the pizza rolls in it.)
Add the grated Parmesan:
While still hot, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the buttery pizza rolls. Toss so the fine cheese melts slightly and clings to each piece.
Serve:
Transfer to a platter. Garnish with extra herbs and a drizzle of hot honey if desired.
Serve warm with marinara, garlic aioli, pesto ranch, or vodka sauce for dipping.
