🍅 Baked Goat Cheese & Rao’s Marinara Dip

A warm, melty, restaurant-style appetizer with creamy goat cheese and the BEST marinara ever—Rao’s! Finished with fresh basil and served with crispy crostini. Total crowd pleaser.

🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 logs goat cheese (8 oz total)
  • 1 jar Rao’s Marinara
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Crostini, for serving

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread marinara evenly into the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
  3. Place both goat cheese logs in the center (press down slightly).
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and cheese softens.
  5. Switch oven to broil for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
  7. Serve warm with crostini.

✨ Drizzle olive oil before baking for extra richness
✨ Add crushed red pepper if you like spicy
✨ Serve on a pretty board with crostini + olives

A warm, creamy, restaurant-style appetizer made with soft goat cheese, Rao’s marinara, and fresh basil. Bubbly, cozy, and perfect with crostini for dipping!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 logs goat cheese about 8 oz total
  • 1 jar Rao’s marinara sauce
  • 2 –3 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • Olive oil optional
  • Crostini for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread marinara evenly in the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
  3. Place both goat cheese logs in the center (press gently).
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and cheese softens.
  5. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
  7. Serve warm with crostini.

Notes

  • Drizzle olive oil on top before baking

  • Serve with crostini, crackers, or toasted baguette
