  • Salt + pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but SO good)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Season pork chops
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  3. Quick sear (don’t skip this!)
    Heat olive oil in skillet
Sear chops 2–3 min per side (just to get color)
  4. Make sauce
In same pan → add garlic, cook 30 sec
Stir in cream, broth, parmesan, Dijon
Let it slightly thicken (2–3 min)
  5. Bake
    • Place pork chops in baking dish
    • Pour sauce over top
    • Bake 25–30 minutes
  6. Finish
Spoon sauce over chops before serving

🔥 Pro Tips (this is what makes them perfect)

  • Use thicker chops → way juicier

  • Let them rest 5 minutes before serving
  • Add a little mozzarella on top last 5 minutes for a cheesy crust 🤌

🍽️ What to serve with it

  • Mashed potatoes (perfect with the sauce)
  • Pasta or egg noodles
  • Garlicky green beans
