Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Season pork chops
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
- Quick sear (don’t skip this!)
- Heat olive oil in skillet
- Sear chops 2–3 min per side (just to get color)
- Make sauce
- In same pan → add garlic, cook 30 sec
- Stir in cream, broth, parmesan, Dijon
- Let it slightly thicken (2–3 min)
- Bake
- Place pork chops in baking dish
- Pour sauce over top
- Bake 25–30 minutes
- Finish
- Spoon sauce over chops before serving
Notes
- Use thicker chops → way juicier
- Don’t overbake → pull around 145°F internal temp
- Let them rest 5 minutes before serving
- Add a little mozzarella on top last 5 minutes for a cheesy crust 🤌
