Step 1 – Brown the pork
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and green onions.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork mixture and cook, breaking it up, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2 – Make the creamy sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, cream cheese, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth.
Step 3 – Assemble the lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Quickly dip each wonton wrapper into a shallow dish of water (just 1–2 seconds — do not soak). Layer the wrappers in the dish, slightly overlapping.
Add an even layer of the browned pork, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layers 3–4 times, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
Step 4 – Bake
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Step 5 – Rest & serve
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Finish with chili crisp and sliced scallions before serving.
