Method
- Prep the carrots
- Peel full-size carrots and slice diagonally for long, pretty pieces.
- Boil
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add sliced carrots and cook 5 minutes, until just tender but not mushy.
- Drain & Return
- Drain well and return carrots to the warm pot.
- Butter + Dill
- Pour melted butter over carrots and sprinkle in dill.
- Toss gently to coat.
- Season
- Salt to taste.
- Garnish
- Serve warm and finish with snipped fresh chives if desired.
