Ingredients
- 6–8 full-size carrots, peeled and sliced on a diagonal
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh chives, snipped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the carrots
Peel full-size carrots and slice diagonally for long, pretty pieces. - Boil
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add sliced carrots and cook 5 minutes, until just tender but not mushy. - Drain & Return
Drain well and return carrots to the warm pot. - Butter + Dill
Pour melted butter over carrots and sprinkle in dill.
Toss gently to coat. - Season
Salt to taste. - Garnish
Serve warm and finish with snipped fresh chives if desired.
