🥕 Dilly Butter Glazed Carrots

An easy, buttery herb side dish that even the kids will love—finally a delicious way to get everyone eating their veggies!


Ingredients

  • 6–8 full-size carrots, peeled and sliced on a diagonal
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh chives, snipped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the carrots
    Peel full-size carrots and slice diagonally for long, pretty pieces.
  2. Boil
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
    Add sliced carrots and cook 5 minutes, until just tender but not mushy.
  3. Drain & Return
    Drain well and return carrots to the warm pot.
  4. Butter + Dill
    Pour melted butter over carrots and sprinkle in dill.
    Toss gently to coat.
  5. Season
    Salt to taste.
  6. Garnish
    Serve warm and finish with snipped fresh chives if desired.
