These juicy cast-iron cheeseburgers are packed with garlic, onion, and Worcestershire flavor and finished with melty Colby cheese. A little olive oil mixed directly into the beef keeps the burgers extra tender and flavorful, while cooking them in a hot cast-iron skillet creates the perfect seared crust. Wrapped in crisp lettuce with pickles and red onion, they’re a delicious low-carb take on a classic steakhouse burger.
