The ooey-gooey, cream-soaked cinnamon rolls everyone will beg you to make again!

Why You’ll Love Them
These cinnamon rolls are the ultimate sleepover treat — soft, fluffy, extra gooey, and dripping with warm cinnamon goodness. Using frozen Rhodes rolls keeps it easy, and the viral TikTok trick of baking them in cream makes them taste completely homemade. Perfect for lazy mornings, pajama parties, or anytime your house is full of hungry kiddos!
Ingredients
- 1 bag Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls (with cream cheese frosting packet)
- 1 cup heavy cream or your favorite creamer
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- Included cream cheese frosting & 1 Jar Cream Cheese Frosting
Instructions
1. Prep
Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray and arrange frozen rolls. Let rise overnight. In the morning the rolls should be ready to bake.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Pour your choice of cream or favorite coffee cream over the rolls and let them soak for 5 minutes.
2. Make the Butter and Sugar mixture
In a small bowl mix together
- melted butter
- brown sugar
- cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Pour the mixture all over and in between the rolls — let it pool at the bottom. This is what makes them extra gooey and caramelized!
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 25–35 minutes, depending on how soft or golden you like them.
They should be puffed, golden, and bubbling with cinnamon caramel sauce.
4. Frost
While warm, spread the included cream cheese frosting over the top and I also use some extra cream cheese frosting from a jar for more coverage.
Let it melt into the swirls for the dreamiest finish.
